Born From a Problem We Lived Every Day

Like millions of people today, we were spending 10, 12, sometimes 14 hours a day staring at screens. Laptops for work. Phones during lunch. TV to wind down at night. It felt normal — until it didn't.

The headaches started first. Then came the dry, burning eyes by 3pm. Then the nights where we'd lie awake for hours, exhausted but wired, unable to switch off. We blamed stress. We blamed coffee. We blamed everything but the real culprit: relentless blue light exposure with absolutely no protection.

That's when Solière was born — not in a boardroom, but out of genuine frustration and a refusal to accept that this was just "part of modern life."
